Finance Officer – Jakarta
Requirements:
- Min Diploma Degree in Finance or Accounting Major
- Min of 3+ years experience in related field.
- Technical : Lotus Notes, Spreadsheet and Word Processing software (Microsoft Word and Excel), SAP or similar accounting system (preferred)
- Diligent in completing activities and ability to work in a team environment
- Accuracy with figures and ability to meet dead lines
- Data entry skills – accuracy of entries, speed and transaction type, descriptions
- Fluency in English
Core Accountabilities:
Perform the administration and processing duties of Accounts Payable including liaison with vendors and staff on sites to ensure payment of invoices in line with Company procedures, including:
- Checking of invoices against PO/GRD
- Entry of payments into SAP
- Printing of bank advices and filing of invoices and statements including statements from sites
- Reviewing and posting petty cash transactions form all sites to SAP. Filing of records
- Weekly reconciliation of accounts to suppliers
- Filing of site records for cash expenditure
- Coding and data entry of employee expenses into SAP (Mastercard and cash)
- Resolve enquiries from vendors and site administration personnel
Assist with the administration and processing duties of Accounts Receivable:
- Confirm that all payments made in USD and AUD are posted in SAP Assisting in Taxation processing administration and payment
- Prepare monthly tax return for WHT Art 23
- Prepare monthly tax return for VAT
Business Manager - Jakarta
Requirements:
- Degree qualifications (eg. Mining, Engineering)
- 10 years Mining industry knowledge/experience preferably
- Sound understanding of drill and blast technology and practices
- Intermediate level of financial literacy
- High level of competence in SAP
- Passionate, results driven approach with track record of overachieving
- Excellent interpersonal skills, relationship and customer management skills
- Ability to develop an commercial budget for new tenders and maintain pricing data
- Strong analytical skills
- Effective negotiation skills and ability to influence across all levels of the operation, licensees and customers through written and verbal communication
- Performs to a high level of competence with honesty, integrity and professionalism.
- Fluency in oral and written English
Core Accountabilities:
- Management of existing customers through:
- Application of dnx’s contractual rights, obligations and identify and implement improvement opportunities to maintain the profitability of our accounts
- Maintenance of customer management plans for assigned customers
- Conduct of regular customer review meetings, formal and informal, to ensure communication is adequate
- Ensure customer forecasts and received, reviewed and entered into SAP to facilitate the S&OP processes
- Through analysis of information obtained from site based mining contractors representatives and mine planning representatives
- Review of consumption and operational feedback
- Update of forecasts directly into BW Demand Planning module - Ensure customers are advised of any changes in supply from DNAP/dnx and assist in smoothing customer impacts due to supply interruptions.
- Ensure that any changes to scope of operations requested by Customers is managed through the Change Management Process and is communicated and reviewed by the applicable stakeholder prior to commitment and implementation
- Use of the BID to disseminate and document important communication between DNAP and our customers
- Use the Customer Dissatisfaction process to ensure that all customer complaints are dealt with.
- Ensure that the sales process works efficiently with the customer such that goods and services are paid for in a timely and efficient manner in order to maintain cash flow
